Experiential Learning

From Classroom to the Workplace

The Department of Business Administration at OSTIM Technical University aims to prepare its students for the future not only through theoretical knowledge but also through practical experience gained in real workplace environments. To this end, students have the opportunity to engage directly with the business world throughout their studies through Workplace Education (WED124), Workplace Application (WAP225, WAP226, WAP325), and Workplace Experience (WEX326, WEX425, WEX426) courses integrated into the curriculum.

Practice-Oriented Learning Approach

Through collaborations with organizations operating in various industries, our students gain opportunities to observe workplace environments, become familiar with business processes, participate in projects, and work alongside professionals. This approach supports students’ professional development by enabling them to integrate theoretical knowledge with practical application.

Professional and Personal Development

Experiential learning activities contribute to the development of essential competencies such as communication, teamwork, problem-solving, leadership, time management, and professional responsibility. As a result, students gain valuable insights into the business world before graduation and are better equipped to shape their future career paths.

Strong Connections with Industry

The Department of Business Administration collaborates with organizations from a wide range of sectors to provide students with meaningful experiential learning opportunities. These partnerships help students expand their professional networks, gain industry exposure, and enter the workforce with greater confidence and preparedness.
