Important information regarding the Additional Exam (Ek Sınav) application process and schedule is provided below. Please read carefully.
Eligibility for Additional Exam (Ek Sınav):
- Students who have completed all necessary courses for graduation, excluding long-term project-based courses (such as graduation project, studio, internship/workplace application), and have failed a maximum of two courses with an (FF) or (FD) grade that are included in their GPA, are eligible for one additional exam right.
- You can take the additional exam for a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 2 courses for which you have met the attendance requirement but were unsuccessful.
- You cannot take an additional exam for courses you have never taken.
Application Details:
- Application Start Date: Monday, June 23, 2025
- Application End Date: Tuesday, June 24, 2025 - Applications will be accepted until 17:00
- Exam Dates: Wednesday, June 25, 2025 - Friday, June 27, 2025
- List of Eligible Students for Exam: Tuesday, June 24, 2025
Fees:
- For 2 courses: 10,400 TL
- For 1 course: 5,200 TL

Application Process:
- Students taking the exam must submit their application petition, along with the payment receipt and transcript, to the Faculty Secretary's Office.
- Students who are out of the city can send the signed form along with their payment receipt via email to nazife.tetik@ostimteknik.edu.tr.
