Sinan Babaçoğlu graduated from the Systems Engineering undergraduate program at the Turkish Military Academy in 1996. He completed his master’s degree in Operations Research (Modeling and Simulation) in 2003 and his PhD in Technology Management in 2015.

Between 2007 and 2010, he served as a panel member of the NATO Research and Development Organization’s Systems Concepts and Integration Technology Panel. His academic studies focus on Technology/Innovation/R&D Management, Strategic Planning, and Project/Program/Risk Management.
