She graduated from the English Business Administration Department of Yeditepe University in 2013. She completed her master’s degree in International Business at Anadolu University, where her thesis focused on virtual organizations. She earned her PhD in Business Administration, specializing in Management and Organization, at Anadolu University, with her doctoral dissertation addressing institutional logics and professional management.

She has published various works on management and organization, family businesses, and technology and innovation management. Her research interests include organization theories, virtual organizations, family businesses, strategic management, and technology and innovation management.

Since 2023, she has been serving as the Director of the Center for Entrepreneurship and Leadership at OSTİM Technical University and as the Coordinator of the Entrepreneurship Master’s Program at the Graduate School of Social Sciences. She has participated in academic events and teaching activities in several countries, including Austria, Germany, and France. In addition, she is the Erasmus+ Faculty Coordinator for the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at OSTİM Technical University.
